This recipe serves 6-8 people and can be adjusted up or down depending on the size of your pie plate.
2 cups milk
12 large eggs (2 cups)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup to 1 cup chopped green chiles
4 oz. cream cheese
toasted bread crumbs or pie pastry crust
